Sean Walsh is a Pittsburgh native with a lifelong passion for food and community. Growing up in Dormont, Sean learned the value of hard work at an early age delivering newspapers door to door and gaining hands-on experience in the food industry at local establishments such as Sips and The Living Room.

Sean attended Edinboro University and, after a brief career in healthcare, returned to his roots in the hospitality industry by founding Nobby’s Pizzeria in Scott Township. Under his leadership, Nobby’s has grown into one of the area’s most popular pizza spots and is consistently recognized among the region’s top pizza shops.

Sean is thrilled to take the reins at Frisch’s and is deeply committed to carrying on its longstanding legacy of great food, warm hospitality, and community connection.
